Flasher Fuse Blowing

I cant figure it out the flasher fuse only blows on a really rough road or field driving, i cant seem to figure out why.
anyone else have this problem or any idea what it might be?

you obvisouly have a short that blows the fuse when being bounced around. either a bare wire or bad ground. just get to looking man is all i can tell you
