Why is it that when i'm looking for a new ranger, I CAN NOT FIND ONE. When I wasn't looking after I sold my 95 to AllanD's friend, there was a slew of them.

So far i've looked at over 10 rangers. People want crazy prices for them. Looking in "the paper shop" I looked at a few. One being a 4x4, 94 5sped, twin stick long bed 4cyl ranger price "4800$". I called him up, seeing if he were negotiable, he said yes. I get there, the truck was as described, but wouldnt go any lower than 4500. The book on the truck isn't even 3000. Looked at another, and someone poorly attempted rust coverup on the frame. Another claimed he had an edge 4x4, all the guy did was add painted fender flares, and "edge" badges, leaving the chrome bumpers chrome on the truck (dummy). The last and final straw was another guy who claimed the truck had never been in an accident, when you could plainly see something was out of alignment with the front end. Autocheck stated, major damage, but a clear title?

Sorry about the rant it's just frustrating.

Just keep looking. It seems like every time I'm in the market for a specific vehicle, there are NO desirable ones to be found. Haha. It's just a game of patience I guess. just don't buy in a hurry. That's a huge mistake!
