the prep work took the longest. I wanted to remove the fender flares but was told that the studs break off, so I tried one and it broke off. well then I taped all around it the best I could and then used a roll of painters 18" paper mask and masked off the rest of the truck. then I scuffed up the paint and flares with a red scotch brite pad looking thing by 3M. I had to scuff and primer the bare metal bumpers though. As far as spraying it, it took maybe an hour to do the truck and both bumpers, also I did the skid plate and winch plate cover. I did 2 coats on each item. when I removed the tape and paper from the truck, there were a few spots where I didnt get the tape close enough to the fender flare, so I took a razor blade and removed it. It turned out great.
On the springs and underneath, I acutally undercoated the entire right side and then realized I would get some overspray from the coating so I waited to do the left side. Now I will undercoat the left side and touch up the right side where the overspray was. It turned out very nice.
