Like stated above, I finally bought a Hurst. All I can say is wow! What a difference. The throw is shorter than both my old Audi and my dads. Awesome.

Probably the best thing I've ever done to my truck.
 
Trust me if you don't mind a firmer shift (don't understand why anyone wouldn't like it), then I recommend it. I bought mine from summit racing for I believe 229 and some change. Well worth the coin. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HUU-3915020/
Also, I measured the throw out to be about 3" with a 2.5" extension on the stick for my body lift.

I'm bookmarking that page now! Just gotta wait for the funds to order it... That's gonna be the first major upgrade I do to my truck when the time comes

Thanks! I'm thinking I want to order a white knob to go with the Oxford white paint. I know I have an old t-handle kicking around somewhere that would probably be good for off road adventures.
