I'm in a sense doin the same thing to mine. I have a F250, and my ranger is almost a mini version.

Shit this is exactly like what i had planned for mine... dually rear, extended flares, Cab lights, matching front and back wheel pattern and tires, lift, step bars. Now if it just had my stacks and a diesel with a 5 spd trans, big turbo, and some good MickeyThompson On Road off Road tires... mmm... that sounds like a sweet truck... But no dbout that this truck is sick.. You gotta have long hours and lotsa money in this transformation... very clean job on the flareside.. did u buy a stepside and add a bit in the middle of the bed to extend or did u cut off the flares from stepside and weld em on??

Technically he wouldn't be welding them on, they're fiberglass IIRC. Looks to me like he took a regular bed and added the stepsides, but cut and tapered the front to match the body lines.
