fan able to hit the radiator fins? if so or if it is close, change it out. the parts house fans are pretty junky...

There shouldn't be any wobble. Unfortunately, aftermarket parts aren't always good parts. Heck, anymore, OEM parts aren't necessarily good parts. They are just less likely to be junk compared to aftermarket.
