I'm Kevin and I'm a rangerholic since 2011. I'm building a 1993 Splash with
a freshly rebuilt 302 and new TCI Sizzler C-4.
If anyone is still trying to deal with using a GM style HEI and the heater hose fitting behind the thermostat. You'll need to lift the dist and use an Earl's 90 degree 1/2 NPT x 10-AM elbow and that will clear with no trouble at all.
