factory recommended oil viscosity?

I found my old crusty manual, had to carefully peel the pages apart, but I did find the information.

These are Ford's official specs:

ENGINE OIL -- GASOLINE ENGINES

-MOTORCRAFT MOTOR OIL 10W40

-10W30 / 20W40 PREMIUM

-SUPER DUTY SAE-30 SINGLE WEIGHT

API SF, OR SF/CC OR SF/CD
