I'm going to put in 3" Fabtech spindles here in a little while. Eventually I'll get new control arms, coils, the works.

But for now, I'm just going to get a 3" lift spindle in the front and a 2" add a leaf in the rear, and shocks all the way around. I was planning on just going with the fabtech performance shocks, but I'm not sure if those are exactly what I want. Ideally, I'd go with bilsteins, but my truck is just a daily driver, and it needs to remain that way until I can afford a nicer truck. Then I'll pimp out the one I've got.

Does any one know how well Fabtech shocks perform? I want a nice ride on the road, and offroad. My truck is on the road 95% of the time, and when I go offroading, its not extreme stuff. Basically a bumpy dirt road, go fast enough stock and you can break stuff. I just want something smooth, keep my wheels on the ground when I go off a bump, but nothing heavy duty. Something worth its value, if the Fabtech shocks arent already.

I'm just wondering how well their shocks perform, given they are only
$89 for two.

they are just your typical white body shock.if you got the money get the bills.

I would compare the fabtech shocks to procomps, rancho 5000's etc.one size fits all,as long as the lenths are correct it dont matter if they are for a suzki sam or a f450.the vavling in them is all the same.wher the bills they valve them to the truck.
