F250 coil springs

My 89 Bronco II has 6 inches of lift but I want to lift it more. I know a guy that has f250 coil springs and I was wonderin if they would fit my bronco and if they did how much lift would I get and how stiff would the ride be? The guy that has them says they lifted his f150 9 inches.

Coils on a fullsize truck are typically a bigger diameter made out of thicker steel.

There is a write-up in the tech library about using f150 coils in the front of a B2.

It should be noted that truck has a 302, not a stock v6.

Also, if you want more than 6" of lift, do you still have to stock TTB front end? 'cause those dont like going much past 6", especially if you like being able to give it an alignment.
