If I want to use belltech 6400 do I just buy 1 set for my leafsprings? or 2 sets to use on them? and they will they work with my skyjacker 4" leafspring so i can get rid of the stock blocks?

You just buy one set of 2.

They'll work with the skyjacker leafs.

They'll lift the rear 1.5-2".

Be sure to get the bell-techs.

The copies seem to be, well cheap. The bell techs are solid.

On this subject, how do these effect the pinion angle?

Little if at all. Many people run them, and I've yet to hear any problems.
