Explorer ECU pinout

Can anyone scan an EVTM for me, or post a link to a diagram?

I'm looking for the pinout for a '96 Explorer 5.0 ECU, the 104pin main connector.

I'll agree to two assumptions, they are the same for other years, and my pinout for my original '97 4.0 is the same. But I'd like to check.

I'm about to start making new harness for my truck, using a stock Ranger and a '91 Mustang harness, looking to make a much shorter, neater version of my current harness. It occurred to me that I am not likely to ever use the Explorer harness sitting in the garage, might at well simply put a 60 pin connector on it, as well as a few other mods.

Anyone?

Explorer 5.0 104-pin PCM connectors:
96~97 are very similar or maybe exactly the same, 98 is unique and 99~2001 are the same.

Thank you very much. Many differences, but very similar...

In reality I would have to do it all with the multimeter anyway, but the reference material helps immensely.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but my quest to find a 1998 Explorer 5.0 PCM wiring diagram and pinout brought me here.

I was able to find a '96-97 diagram online... but cannot find anything for a 1998... which according to this thread is unique in comparison to the 97s and 99s.

Can anyone out there with access to Alldata or factory Ford literature help me out? A friend of mine has swapped this motor into his first generation Ranger and we're hard pressed to find the diagrams we need.
