ok cool, your sway bar will limit your flex, i would sway the front, but not the back, that's how my truck came stock, i dd it with no links on the front bar

make sure you get a bar so you don't toss a leg out the door if you roll... or do halfdoors welded in place or something

If i use a sway bar....It will be a fancy anti rock or something of that nature.
The cage will be legit and will have door bars

I'm going to use the awd transfer case until it breaks...or becomes a serious issue. The A class tracks are set more for speed so maybe the lack of low range wont hurt me too bad.

The exploder is caked with mud on the under side and actually has sway bar disconnects on the rear. I guess they were getting it done open open with some 31" ats

I got some 33" goodyear Mtrs today. I should have them on tuesday. They don't have a whole lot of thread but I'm going to groove and sipe the shit out of them. 40$

I should have my tires this evening....Then I will drive it to the house hopefully tomorrow.
I've got to get some gas for the welder so I can get started. While I'm welding up the rear...Ive got to weld the rear axle in an F250 for a guy that I work with.

I picked up my tires tonight. They have less tread than I though....one is pretty much slick. They are still worth the 10$ that I paid for them.
They will be getting grooved and siped in the next few weeks.
I'm going to mount them in the morning.....I will post pics tomorrow night

It takes me about 2.5 hours to get to Johnson City.

I mounted my temp tires tonight with a big tire spoon. I was in a rush so I didn't take any pics

I'm going to snake the yellow top from my Toyota, mount the wheels and tires, and drive the exploader home tomorrow night after work. Ive got to get the rear end welded...and some trimming done so I can do some wheeling this weekend.

A friend of mine that lives about an hour and a half away has his own little race track.....it going to be fun.

I've got the flu and fluid behind my ear drums so progress is slow right now. The doc made me take the remainder of the week off and the explorer is sitting at work...So I can't touch it till the weekend.
Here is some stuff that I've gathered

These bumpers came from my buddy's EB. With a few mods....they should look good on the explorer.

I also got the old cage from the EB. I'm going to cut it up and add some to it....should work out pretty good
