Experiences with parts quality.

I would say that in today's "culture", there is zero time allotted when the time comes regarding the hassle of the buyer & the seller regarding the sub standard china junk quality issues. Taking time to "praise" average quality parts as compared to stabbing the seller in the eye due to excessive "never survived the installation" quality is a bad practice. Reviewing the reviewers needs done as many of these don't have a clue what their doing or saying.... china parts companies need to be bogged down with more meetings and arm twisting from the big man in the far east, but YOU have everything you need to give every part that comes from china NO STARS!

I wonder if it was a "Dorman" named part? Still attempting to discover a brand that isn't junk coming in through your local congressman's office~

there has always been parts issues with new in box parts my entire life.

it is the percentage that has changed.

to the point it is unavoidable and i expect and try to factor in delay.


though not exactly the same but applicable...
i have had people/dealer/lease operators receive core engines and transmissions before in the shipping crates instead of the reman units right from the big three...err..2 1/2 maybe better said... these are assumed simple shipping/catalog snafu situations....

but my replacement godzilla engine came in 2 times as a core, several of our gm trans and t cases and a few engines....shiny new box crate thing from ford/gm/ram....filthy core engine...and the rams. garbage.

that is fu*%ing oddly hysterical at some level to me...but a vicious delay in my life because it is alot of work for me to trade work trucks with all of my work gear and tools. brand new trucks but no reliability.

more disgusting is the failure rate of these brand new vehicles...and i am not abusing it...because i dont want to be down on the side of the road when it is 10 below zero in the middle of nowhere wyoming or utah with no cell service.

i read reviews and often bad ones are user error. but i do think they bot thier way out of the ratings....that is one place that ai is killing us quickly...one more power for true reciprocation taken away..freedom of choice is supposed to improve.

but we should still up or down products when its easy enough. but most do not.

When the JD dealer my dad worked at sold in the 80's, for a couple weeks before the deal went thru the owner borrowed a box stapler from a friend that had a factory and was restapling cores in the box and returning them to Deere as new... for years afterwards when they got a new starter or whatever occasionally there would be a core in the box.

Not so much on here but on other forums I think some users are using AI to write their posts too, they come out so long winded and polished and unrealistic... its really hard to know what is real any more.

mostly from laziness....but i intentionally type the way i do in conviction.


the .......... ...... used to drive people nuts from 99-2005 or so. i would get bitched at because of shit grammar and lack of proper capitol use.

i separate sentences out of paragraphically proper sequence to implement separate thoughts....as you know i am a confusing rambling babbling avalanche of data at times.

this comes across as i am an incapable idiot.....when i am just an idiot. i was looking for some fawks to give...never found any.
