exhaust problem

I just bought an '86 B2 that needs some work. I've got gas coming out through the exhaust and choking out. any advice.
 
Pull the codes yet?
 
no. I haven't yet. I think I'll haul it in to a shop.
 
I don't have the scanner. HAHA. I'm a 16 year old that's finding out it's more fun to drive it than trying to figure out what's wrong with it.
