any one know what would give the 2.8 a deep tone i have a cherry bombs with split duals now
:headbang:

About 2 more cylinders should do the trick...

Keep the duals, but replace the cherrybomb with either a flowmaster single in dual out or a Cherry Bomb Extreme, they sound aggressive on a v6

Definately go with a Flowmaster Muffler, they are without a doubt the king of the streets mufflerwise. But if u wanna get really good sound, take out all of your stock 2 inch diameter pipe behind the Catalytic Converter, and replace it with either 2.25 or 2.5 inch diameter mandrel bent exhaust pipe. The bigger pipe increases the flow of the exhaust gases running thru the exhaust system. The bigger pipe also gives out way better sound. The Mandrel Bent piping works best because it doesn't get smaller in diameter at a bending point, its just bent pipe that doesn't wrinkle up or get smaller in diameter at the bending point.
