I know that I've seen some pics of a standard cab ranger on a bronco 2 frame with a custom mini flatbed and others with a shortened ranger bed, but I'm picking up a 87 bronco 2 frame with all the running gear and drive train this comming friday. I already have a 87 ex cab ranger that i bought for parts and since both rigs have no titles, I figured I'd combine the two drop the Cab on the B2 frame and make a tube flat bed in the rear for one hell of an awsome trail rig. I've seen one rig done like this years ago but I cant find any pics anymore. Does anybody have any pics or input on the swap? Thanks

P.S. - I'm not concerned about the rigs not having titles, as I have 800 acres of private land to wheel on and a bunch of buddies with lots of land as well. This rig will never see an open road. :icon_thumby:

the front mount should all be fine, the rear cab mounts you will have to make, and depending if you stretch the wheel base or not and how much travel you have you may have to clearance the corners of the cab for the tires maybe i could be wrong

Rear cab mounts shouldn't be to much of a problem. They arent to hard to make. This rig is gonna get a decent suspension lift to garentee clearance of the tires and cab with out trimming the cab. I would like to see some ideas for the miny flatbed with an incorperated headache rack tho.
