engine/transmission swap help

So I decided im going to swap my 2.9 for the 5.0. My question is, what MANUAL Transmission will fit with the 5.0 and also what kind of axles am I going to need?

Thank you! I dont plan on putting it in for another 6 months to a year. Going to be completely rebuilding the truck including restoring the body. Going to be alot of money but it will be well worth it the day i get to step into that truck when its completely finished
