I have a 92 Explorer , Will a 4.0 from a Mazda Navajo . Drop in ?

As far as I know it should work out. The Navajo was basically the same as the Ex minus some cosmetic differences, tail lights, grille, headlights, etc. You should be able to use all the accessories and stuff off your engine on the Nav engine. If anyone out there knows the differences or if I missed something?
