Engine shaking badly at low rpms

My mechanic determined that it was a faulty injector, and has a new on on order from Ford. I'm sure I would have figured it out eventually, but I didn't have the time to wait.

I just can't wait to have it back!

Hello. I know this is a long shot as it's a really old thread but I was just wondering if cleaning or replacing the injector did the trick? I have the same exact symptoms that you've described in this thread.
