Electric fan for 2.9 V-6 ?

yeah thanks the fan i installed only puts out 1950 cfm and i had it running constant the whole way up there ran cool on flat ground but once i started to climb it didn't take long to get too hot !! when i spoke to summit the guy on the phone told me i probably wasn't using it for the intended purpose ? really that's the fan you guy's have listed for my application if you are selling a downgrade so to speak you should inform us of that !!!

does anybody know if the taurus e-fan will fit in a 1993 ranger ??

You'll have to measure your mounting depth, but it should fit. If you have 4 or more inches, you're good. The taurus fans are about 3.5"...

thanks i was going to put the fan clutch back on but if you think that will keep my motor from getting too hot i will try it.

I would say I guarantee it would kool your engine, and not stay on 100% of the time to do it...

thanks i wonder if anybody know how many cfm the fan clutch combo puts out at different rpm's ??
