Eleanor hood scoop on a ranger????

Im looking at making a hood and was just going to do a simple cowl hood but came across a eleanor scoop when looking for cowls what do yous think? Its going on a 91. I dont know if it would look right or not. Let me know your opinons.

my personal preference is for scoops on v8 conversion low riders, not trail rigs.

I have seen it on the newer mustangs and it doesnt look good at all. I say stick with the cowl. We all know they look good.

the early bronco's had a hood scoop like that. I saw one that had two holes cut into the front and I liked it and thought about mimiking it on my bronco 2. Wish I had a pic to show you.

I want this hood for my project but they only make it for 93-97 rangers and various years of full sized couldn't find a picture of it on a ranger but you get the idea awesome in my opinion

just my .02 cents here dont buy a fiberglass hood its nothing but headacks with mounting. stay with the steel ones.

I would take that over nothing but headaches with rust and dents.

My next hood will be fiberglass, and if I could find stock styled fenders they would be too.

but that's just me.

fiberglass is also just a nightmare on trail rigs as well (being that it cracks easily), i grafted my cowl onto a stock hood with fiberglass, but thats as far as i was willing to go.

i have bought 3 hoods, all for around $20 from wrecking yards, and all are straight and rust free
