Earl43P, HUGE THANKS for the link... I'm reading up on it now.
I went and got the parts from a wrecker on the weekend for pretty cheap, so hopefully (assuming it's not a blockage) I'll already have the replacement part I need (assuming the parts I got actually work, doh). I'd really like to test the part out while I have them off the truck, so hopefully those links will have all those details... And I'll actually have the tools to test them properly. I'm never quite sure how to test electrical things either. Ohms, Volts, etc... Anyways.
pcollins, thanks for the response on the fix, from what I've been reading all signs point to the DPFE. I wish I would have swapped that part out on the weekend with the one from the wreckers, but I wanted to test the part first. Wish I didn't pay for it before I knew if it was good or not, but that's the chance you take I guess.
Sure enough I did clear the codes after replacing some rubber tubes and the first code to come back was P0401... Almost right away. It's haunting me.
Thanks again!
