Uhhh, how is it not Ebay? They are the root cause (the ones who were swindling us out of money). If they hadn't, there would be no need for the lawyers to take it.

Ebay overcharged us automotive sellers for some state regulation loophole. Some law firm find out about it and took action. Ebay would have willingly reversed our fees but the blood sucking lawfirm took action with a federal judge and they made millions off of us Ebay automotive sellers.
