Easy fix to change out lights behind dashboard?

A few of my lights went out behind my dash board in the area of the speedometer area. is it an easy fix to change them out and is it easy to take the dashboard gauge area out?

shouldnt be too bad, there are plenty of write ups on it. while your in there, might as well change them out for leds

Do the LED conversion. I've changed ALL my lights out ( not headlights ) to LED and doing my dash in a month.

It shouldn't be too hard... I know on my first gen, I could have all the bulbs changed out, and the dash put back together in about half an hour. But I've pulled it apart before too, so I know how it goes... But I can't imagine a later ranger is going to be too much more difficult...
