Does anybody know where I might find some information on which states have mandates for E10 and which states do not? I've been poking around on the interent for a while trying to find a site that had a list, or something similar, and have only come up with articles that mention one or two states at a time.

Thanks!

I know Georgia requires 10% ethonal in all gas.

Cool, thanks!

Does anyone else know if there state is or is not?

This is the info I have on some of the states as of now:

Ethanol use mandated states:
Missouri
Minnesota
California
Hawaii
Georgia

Ethanol use approved but not yet acted upon:
Illinois
Virginia
Iowa 87 octane 0% ethanol, 89 octane 10% ethanol

Yup, in Iowa and I think Nebraska 87 is straight, 89 is 10% and 90+ is straight.

In South Dakota, 85 is 0%, anything over that is not really standardized. Usually 87 is the only grade that almost always has 10%

all the pumps down here in south FL say they contain 1-10% ethanol so i guess you can include Florida too

Oklahoma state is mixed. Depends on the gas station or company.

Example:
Tinker AFB gas station, E0 (100% gasoline) in all grades
Sinclair, E0 and E10 for 87 octane only (87 octane sold only).
7-Eleven, E10 for all grades
Shamrock, E0, E5, E10 for 87 octane only (87 octane sold only).

And not all stations are the same. It varys a lot. So I only fill-up at one station.

A more sensible approach would be to sell E10 87, E0 89 or E5 89 (for those stations that mix there 87 & 91 for mid-grade 89), and E0 91.
