Duraspark Questions please

83 Ranger 2wd 2.8 auto has shit tfi right now but would it pickup power from doing the conversion? Allso its a drunk lol way too rich but I plan on the dura conversion cause everyone saids its alot better and such I just which it had enough pep too bark tires, got my timing at 11deg and run 89octane, can someone that has done the conversion let me know how much difference it makes and what was the price range

Ive been durasparked for 5 years now. It works good. cost you about $200 for all new parts (rebuilding a j-yard carb)
