drum brakes viberating and pulsating

My rear brakes pulsate a little and vibrate when I try stopping at high speeds. Today I found out that one of my rear wheels is wobbling a little, would this be the reason my brakes are vibrating/pulsating.

That's one reason and most likely the cause. Course checking the the drum for out of round issues can help as well.
