Drum brakes sticking

Does the drum have hot spots?

Does the truck wobble... like a bent axke?

Both drums have a mirror-like sheen from the ridiculous amount of brake issues I’ve been having with this truck. I’ll run and get another set to see if it helps my issue.

It doesn’t seem to have any of sort of wobble to it and the run out doesn’t seem crazy to my straight or crooked eye.

I don't think I'd put new drums in place until I had a better clue if the system was somehow holding pressure in the system.

smear a bunch of magic marker inside the drum, put the lug nuts on and spin while slowly applying pedal.
does the marker show even contact?
rotate the drum a couple holes and repeat.

is it the camera angle or is the adjuster reversed?
that lever rotates ccw and pushes the teeth up to increase the length of the adjuster.
the lever should catch the flat side of the teeth going up and slide over the "ramps" / angled side while going down.

I'd replace the rear axle brake flexible hose before another set of drums.

It’s embarrassing but I think you’re right lol. I’ll definitely be flipping that around tomorrow. I’ll also try the sharpie test

Get it to act up...

You'll need a helper... but crack a bleeder when locked up and see if there is pressure.

Did you happen to replace the rear brake hose?

Those will/can fail and act like a check valve.
