My question is, If i were to buy the factory drop beam brackets for the D28 and extend them to accomidate my lift (CUSTOM) I assume the amount of drop would need to be the same as the size of lift I am planning for Correct?? Example... the factory centerhole for both beam pivot points would need to be 6" lower to accomidate 6" of lift correct? Fabrication is not a problem, i just want to be sure of my assumptions.

do some searching, i cant remember who, but someone posted measurments and everything for their homemade drops. think it was here in the fab section but im not sure. it was pretty recently so it shouldnt be that far down

:icon_thumby: thanks, that's what I was looking for. I actually read this article before and didn't see the measurements hidden in there.

ok after hours of searching i finally found the thread i was talking about...i typed in everything from drop brackets to pivot to homemade, and even searched google till i found it. can we get a sticky on this?? im sure alot of people would like to know the dimensions

Passenger, its an extension plate like the rough country, just use your stock pivot point on the bottom
