Would like to know if '89-92 BII and Ranger inner door panels will mount to '88 BII doors. Can't tell if they are the same doors, but LMC gives them different part numbers, however they correspond between models (make sense?). Unless someone knows where to get hold of some new panels for XLT's? Also, will the switches for the '89-'92 plug into the wiring for the '88? Thanks, MJ

they will swap forward and back, you will need to change the interior door handle and rods, swap in the bracket for the pull handle too, remove the window felt on the inside since the door panel on the gen 2 houses it, and the mounting holes for the panel it self are off if i remeber correctly

Thanks for the info. That'll work. I was figuring on the the handle and rod, didn't think about the grab handle and didn't know about the felt. And I just bought both, figures. :black_eye: Now I just have to find some black ones. :stirthepot: MJ

when you get all your new stuff together let me know if you want to sell your old parts the interior handles rod etc everything but the panels, on my half doors i want to make it look like the old gen 1 interior for the doors
