Ughhh from what you guys are saying the next few weeks are gonna be fun, at least I dont have the bad breath from it.

As far as the girl being good looking or loose, I couldnt tell you. Everything from X mas break till now is all blended togeather. Accualy my grade in Auto tech has been slipping because of it. Im thinking getting sick might be a good thing, it will give me a chance to cut back on the going out everynight and catch up on my school work. And I'm thank full as all hell I got Mono as a wake up call and not some disese on my pecker like you guys keep saying.

Pretty much everything for me between Dec 22nd and the new year is a haze....I do rememebr all hell breaking out at work though.

Many of my friends are female....they get this shit just as bad as us.

Mono sucks!

This is the worst sick I think Ive ever been, The past week Ive had a fever, Cold symptoms, Bad sore throat and just been really tired. The worst part is the Doctor said It might take a few weeks to go away. I think I learned my lesson about sharing food, drinks, Getting drunk and kissing and carrying on with slutty girls. Anyone else ever catch it and wanna share how bad there symptoms where and how long it took them to get over it?

Oh and on top of it I might have pink eye, Lucky me!

Your doctor is a moron. Mono symptoms usually take MONTHS to completely vanish. Maybe you'll get lucky and only have a sore throat for a few weeks....hopefully less. Some people don't ever show signs of symptoms. It affects all people differently. Once you have Mono, it stays with you forever, your body just develops an immunity to it......you can still contract it, and sometimes (rarely) your symptoms can flare again. Really, the only things you can do to help it go away faster are sleep, drink a ton of water, eat healthy and exercise. Eat your vitamins too.

Anyway.....yes Mono sucks a$$. I've been through the suffering. I had a sore throat and swollen tonsils for a while along with a stuffed up and sore nose. Really felt like I had bad sinusitis for about 6-8 months. It took nearly a year for my symptoms to go away.

Sorry about your luck. Hope you do get better in a few weeks.

kids are little petry dishes.I never used to get sick on a regular basis and had got strep for the fist time at 36.
