so i want to buy a new factory american made horn and have it shipped here to where i live at.

That will be really hard to find, most of that stuff is not made in the US. In fact, most of the parts on our truck are sourced from foreign countries

Yes, the factory horn for a 2002 Ford Ranger FX4 Off-Road was made in America

no i don't, you will have to call / visit a dealer to see if you can still get them or you will have to take them out and go to a hardware store to match them up with something that might work
