I herd from some jeep kids in one of my classes they applied bedliner to there frame on there trucks an jeeps an i wanted to knw it it works when going mudding is it easyer to wash off?

probably not easier to wash off, because it's textured, it would give the mud more surface to grab on to... as for rust, yeah, anything to coat the steel would help with the rust...

Just make 200% sure there is NO moisture left on it before spraying...or you'll end up with nothing but bedliner holding your truck up.

agreed!

for the value of bedliner, i would say it's not worth it... i would get some of that tar spray that they make for the bottom of the truck... the stuff ford sprays actually works quite well, it never fully dries, which is kinda good but gross at the same time... it's TERRIBLE to work with, because it gets everywhere, but if it gets scratched, it kinda heals it's self...

i think it's a dealership option... i know when i worked at the shop that built dump trucks, when we got the f-450 cab and chassis in and such, every one i saw had it... it's a pain in the ass to weld to too!
