What is the "Rep Power" number, and how does that work? Not a problem, just curious.

hey wicked, your worth your weight in gold on this site. ive learned alot from you. so i just wanted to say thanks . some people, including myself at times. take what you say outta context, and then we flame on. but in all honesty, most of the time your right. so thanks bro, dave

i appriciate the flattery guys, but im only one of the many members that keep TRS moving. most of my posts just contain regergitated data thats already been covered a thousand times. its not that im all that helpful...its just that i have no life

what i really enjoy are the occasional technical discussions and/or really out there ideas that come up on the boards...the ones that actually get my brain working.

I'm on a Steelers board with the same format as TRS. There we call it "karma". People are a lot more into it there than here. It's kinda like bonus points.

In the CP under the Subscribed Posts section you should see 'Latest Reputation Received'. For the most part, nobody uses it. If you've never received one, the section may not be there.

Click on the little white scale down at the bottom left of a post. (It looks like a snowflake to me.)

so what does the green box next to your rep power mean? it says "ForOffRoadDriving is on a distinguished road" on my posts as well as everyone elses.
