You can get new seals for rear windows. Cheap too.
I have one for my truck, I'm just too lazy to put it in.

I have a vent shade on my truck. It is great for when I want the rear window open and if it rains water won't come in while I'm driving (but NOT in a heavy rain when the truck is stopped). Just wanted to clear that up. You have a leak that you need to take somewher to have it fixed before you get some rust going, Bro!!!! If you put on a new gasket around the third stoplight then you have a seam or a window are that is letting water in. Try this....when it is dry, run a gentle stream of water over the top of the truck going from front to back for about 3 min. Check inside the truck for the leak and see if you can see where it is coming from then. Hope this helps. That is haw I have found a few leaks for a couple of my buddies who had a weird leak they could not find. Hope this helps out, Bro!!!
I ordered it from Advance Auto Parts. Not sure what parts stores you have around your state, but it's like a Pepboys, autozone, Oreily's type of store. I think it was like $35.
