I've been thinking about doing a body lift for my 1998 4x4 Ranger. But I've been worried about what my front bumper and rear bumper would look like after.

They make bumper relocation brackets.
IMHO... if you do a 3 inch body lift... the bumpers will be way outta place without relocating them.
A 1 inch body lift... I could live with.
