I used to be one to say that age don't matter.....I was 23 and got with a 36 year old and we got married....then divorced not long after. Now I am 43 and she is 56. It got really old waking her up a dozen times almost every night to get off the couch and go to bed......and if they can't stay awake they can't (won't) take care of "other" things.... I might add that it didn't end cause I went looking for younger women,I didn't. But she did get with a younger guy.....

The only issue with an age difference that big is common interests. I am 45, my wife is 34. She grew up in a different time than I did. Different world really. She sees things much differently than I do. However, we have fantastic chemistry, we are great friends, and we have a wonderful marriage.

Since this is only a short term thing, I say go for it. As long as you BOTH know up front that this is only temporary. Make sure you lay ground rules before laying her.
