does 18mpg seem low for a 2.9?

18.9 mpg running around town on 215/75R/15s, A4LD tranny using 3.73 gears front & rear. 21-22 on the open road running 65. I use Seafoam every 2nd fillup, change oil every 3,000 miles & keep the air filter clean & tires inflated at 35 psi. I dopn't put the hammer down as I don't have any nails that need pounding. All stock in every way. I like it.

If they are other than stock tires, did you recalculate for the size differential ?
If not, just type in " Tire size calculator " and you can do it yourself. Nice informative site..
