Do these prices sound right?

I went to the junkyard today and they want $200 for a rear-end from a B2 and $250 for a manual transmission for my 4banger. Is this reasonable?

That's not bad for the manual trans. I wouldn't look for a rear from a B2 though - have you checked out Explorers instead?

I looked at two junkyards and there's not a whole lot of selection, maybe 15 vehicles total including Explorer and Bronco2. I'm satisfied with a 7.5 diff versus 8.8 I don't plan on abusing my ranger if that's what your asking.

that price is about right rear end up by me $200 they pull $175 I pull
