do i have a futur classic?

so i have a 2000 ford zx2 yellow with the s/r package....the story of the s/r package is that they only made 2000 of them in the year 2000...the car was designed during the whole ricer seen.....

well my car needs struts, brakes, tires, yada yada yada ...some crap to pass Maine state inspection......

but what i am thinking is just putting the car up for a wile...thinking like 20 years or so. hoping that after it is "restored" it would be worth some $$$$

the way that is am thinking is that 1967 mustangs when my dad was my age he could by for next to nothing...and i have Sean pics of them and they were nice...well he trashed them all in the late 70's....they where a throw away car....just like the zx2 is now...a throw away a car...but in 20 years could it be sought after for people now that are in there 20s but in 20-30 years they will be in there 40 and 50s?...could i have a future classic on my hands?

it all depends on what people want in 20 years like you can get a bunch of old cars next to nothing now but its cars that no one wants. i guess you can keep it and see and make money off of it or it will just be a really old car that no one wants.

like a pacer? noone wanted one then and noone wants em now(unless theres a v8 involved)
