DIY tube bender with hydraulics

Just finished putting together my tube bender. JD Squared model 3 clone, using a Grizzly die. Had it manual for one bend and decided that wasn’t gonna fly. Mounted it to an extra engine stand I had and put electric/hydraulics on it. Made a few test bends and have to say I’m pretty happy! Have the main hoop bent and mocked in the ranger and just trying to find more time to get out there and get more progress!

Above pics are when it was manual setup. Probably only had about $70 in it not counting the die of course. Here are some more pics with the hydraulics. Overpaid for the custom hoses, but had them made quick and local. If I did the lines myself I probably could have had it complete for about $400. pic of a test 180 degree bend there to. Bends that DOM like wet spaghetti!
