Got a rattle coming from the distributor area on a 94 3.0. Not sure if its even the distributor. Sounds a little like pushrod noise. Goes away after engine warms up. I can pull the IAC connector (to make the engine idle low) and it goes away. Its the original distributor on this 305K engine. Engine runs fine thru-out. Engine has been religiously maintained. Pulled the cap and didn't feel any excessive slop on the shaft. Blew the dust out and put some lubricant down there.
