Dim Dash in an '88

I have turned the dash lights up all the way and they are still tough to read. Is there a way to brighten then up? Will LEDs work on a 1st gen?

Have you checked to see if all the bulbs are working? Can't suggest anything else, sorry.

My truck is the exact same way. I'm not 100% sure but I'll try to help..

I haven't pulled out my cluster but Iwould assume cleaning the bulbs and film (if its something you can get to) will help.

I think there are guys on here who have modded the dash lights. If you can find out the size of the bulbs, you might be able to find some High Intensity bulbs that still work with the original voltage.
