Sry I haven't continued the post in a bit. I took vacation to finish up the project.
For Dangerranger, yes I did go back and remount the fuel pump and put it at a 45deg angle so it pushes fuel.
I did get the radiator problem fixed, thx to my son. Guess I just needed a new set of eyes. What I did was just move the radiator to the left about 1 1/2" and it cleared the alt just fine. I got these brackets to facilitate the move.

During the time between my last post I installed 4" lift brackets as 4" lift Rad arm brackets and Skyjacker shocks. Not only did this allow me to get more ride height but also kept the pivot arms from coming into contact with the oil pan.
There was no clearance for the fan so I installed a 16" Proform pusher fan in the front of the radiator along with an adjustable fan control. The biggest problem that I ran across was the bottom radiator hose. I ended up cutting up 2 old top radiator hoses and a curved portion to get the hose to not kink. Man was that a pita... All this work and the bottom rad hose was giving me fits.
I used the stock upper hose, which worked fine with no issues. I filled up the rad and PS to check for leaks. I did have to change the water neck to get one with an NPT hole for the fan controller temp sensor.
I started it up and it ran fine, no leaks and no clearance issues. I hooked up the stock tach to the coil, which read accurately. The temp gage rad accurate as well. I did have an oil pressure issue. The idiot light stayed on indicating no oil pressure. I felt the oil filter and it was warm, so I know there is oil pressure. I think that the issue is that the sensor is for a cluster with a gage and mine has an idiot light. Ill try and change it tomorrow and see if that corrects the problem. Other than a few little odds and ends, i think the swap is complete. I decided to stop for today since it was -4deg wind chill.
Here is the engine as it sits right now. Ill post more pics when I get back from the muffler shop tomorrow, getting a complete exhaust as it sounds like a tank right now.
