ive never torqued them. i always just smack the hell out of them with a hammer. never had one even attempt to come loose. and who needs a 12 point impact socket when normal ones work just fine...

MAC, MAtco and Snap-On all make 12pt impact sockets.

I currently have a MAC and a Snap-On.

MAKG, torque the 12mm 12point head driveshafts the same regardless of position

The spec in your manual is an error, ignore it.
