Decisions, decisions...

Ok, smokey, that's what I want.

How reliable is the turn-the-button 4WD? What should I be on the lookout for? I have never had a 4x4, and I'm needing real advice from people that know.

I know you said they have sold, but just to throw in my two cents I bought my 2000 ranger 4x4 ext cab xlt brand new had like 26 miles on it when we bought it and have had it over 10 years and have pulled trailers with twice what it weighs on the trailer (I know not supposed to) and have wheeled the crap out of it have pulled out full size trucks out of the mud have been on long road trips I have used and abused my ranger and now have 160,000 miles and have only had to do a water pump and reg maintance of course but what Im trying to say is it is a damn good vehicle and wouldnt trade it for anything so if you come across another deal with a ranger I would recommend for sure.

Buy what your heart desires and that seems to be the Vue. There ain't nothing wrong with a GM product. Just as long as the fuel pump doesn't go out. :thefinger:

thats what u get for comparing a Ranger to a vue.
lol joke. what a shame man, ull get another opprotunity dont worry.
