decal ordering

Trying to order a decal and pay with a debit card. When I am checking out it all seems to work until payment. It says my card isn't accepted. I've tried both my visa and master card but no luck.

Anyone have any ideas? I know its not my cards or atleast it shouldn't be. I just want to represent. Haha thanks!

Out of curiosity, how come you didn't become a Premium Member? You get a decal with it. I am pretty sure I used PayPal for that. Is PayPal not an option for a decal only?
