dash lights quit

[4to12]

i have a 94 ford ranger that the dash lights, tach, and voltmeter all quit at once. Any ideas?

From one Ranger Station newbee to another, I am hateing the thought of replaceing the instrument panel bulb in my 2001.

It looks like I have to pull the whole dash apart

Welcome to TRS. Are you sure it's the bulb that is out on your dash? Fuses, headlight/dimmer switch been checked?

All the other gauges in the cluster are lit, its just behind the fuel gauge that is out.

I usually break more stuff than I fix anyway, and I don't think I know enough cuss words to get the job done
