i was looking through ebay and i ran into this

it looks as if the right knuckle is a high steer knuckle and it has a factory tie rod that goes across from nuckle to nuckle. now i wonder why jeep guys or whoever wouldnt wanna use parts off of this grand cherokee rather than buying a $500 high steer kit from teraflex. at a junkyard you could pick this up for like 50 bucks.

IIRC, all D-30s are set up like that on Jeeps... and their high-steer is a slightly different setup than stock.

actually it looks like it might have a teraflex highsteer.

but no! dana 30s on XJs, TJs and YJs have the tierod and drag link that connect at the pass side knuckle.
